Theoretical basis of Cement L-NIB:
1. Use solid materials with low thermal conductivity.
2. Use ultrafine particles to increase the thermal conduction length.
3. The small void space prevents gas molecules from forming convective cycles at high temperatures.
4. The selected opacifier particles disperse the infrared radia tion to minimize radiation.
5. The above measures enable the thermal insulation material to achieve low thermal conductivity; low convective heat transfer, and low radiative heat transfer.

Huaxin Cement (Wuxue) Co., Ltd. adopted our L-NIB and traditional calcium silicate board for left and right doors respectively.
After two months, it demonstrates from the pictures that the paint on the left door using L-NIB is intact, while the paint on the right door using traditional calcium silicate board had burnt and ruined. Through measurement (the measured positions are shown in the picture), it is found that the temperature of the left door is 102°C, while the temperature of the right door is 153°C, demonstrating an remarkable difference in performance.

Meanwhile, the container with calcium silicate board consumes 60.1kWh, while the container with heat insulation material consumes 42.1kWh (save 18kWh), so the power consumption by calcium silicate board is 42.76% higher than that by heat insulation material.
